Are there soaps that are intended for washing and shaving of intimate parts? And the difference from the regular ones?
These are the questions that are asked frequently by many women.
Surely each one of us was standing in a drugstore in front of shelves with tens of kinds of soaps, gels or foams trying to decide vainly which one to pick. And let’s admit that, usually, the decisive factor was an aroma or attractive packaging.

That may be okay; after all human skin can endure a lot. But this laissez-faire approach can easily backfire when it comes to hygiene and shaving of intimate parts; there the subject of potential irritation may be not only skin, but also vagina.
The thing is that the chemical composition of regular soaps, namely their high pH factor, is not compatible with the needs of our intimate parts. A healthy vaginal environment needs a lower pH, between 4 and 4.5.
Our products from the GYNELLA line for intimate hygiene contain substances that help maintain acidic environment in the vagina. Some substances help prevent drying out of the vagina and thus ensure vaginal comfort. These products also contain disinfectant components that help prevent invasion of harmful organisms to the vaginal environment.
GYNELLA Intimate Wash and GYNELLA Intimate Foam contain lactic acid that maintains the correct pH level and has, at the same time, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Pine essences limit the growth of bacteria and they also have deodorant properties.
Aloe Vera and Panthenol give our skin long-lasting softness, freshness and protection and they prevent skin irritation after shaving. This foam is suitable for women with sensitive skin and disposition to vaginal infections.
